RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order via a call at (972) 800-2958 if your order has not been shipped. The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours from the date on which you received the product or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can inform us by:

We will reimburse you no later than 5 days from the day on which we receive the returned product. The reimbursement will be processed using the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 5 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Customized products
  • Products not suitable for return due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expired date
  • Products not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion. Only regularly priced products may be refunded; products on sale cannot be refunded, unless not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Product

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. Please call us at (972) 800-2958 for assistance with your product return. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment, so we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. A refund will only be issued upon the actual receipt of the product or proof of the return delivery.

Gifts

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the products weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
